Project Objectives:

The primary objectives of participating in the Rotaract Presidents Night 2023 were to establish new relations between clubs, foster fellowship, and plan collaborative events.

 

Project Details:

There were few clubs who were actively participated in the Rotaract Presidents Night 2023, a collaborative event hosted by the Rotaract Club of Narayani Mid-Town in conjunction with thirteen other co-host clubs. The event took place on September 3-4, 2023, at Central Park Resort, Sauraha.

 

Highlights:

Networking and Relationship Building:

The Presidents Night provided a unique platform for our club to establish new relationships with other Rotaract clubs in the district. Direct interactions with the district team allowed for meaningful discussions on various agendas.

 

Fellowship and Fun:

 The event wasn't just about official discussions; it also emphasized fellowship and fun. This aspect of Presidents Night contributed to a positive and collaborative atmosphere.

 

Project Impact and Benefits:

 The experience has had a lasting impact on our club members. The exposure and engagement at the Presidents Night have motivated our members to work with increased enthusiasm within the club.

The project incurred a total expense of NRs. 2650, which covered various aspects of participation, including accommodation, meals, and transportation.
